Chocolate sponge layered with whipped cream and dark cherry filling. Each layer is soaked in cherry syrup for extra moisture, then topped with chocolate shavings and whole cherries. A classic recipe we’ve been baking since 1982.
Available in multiple sizes. Serves 4 to 20+ depending on size selected.
