Yes! You can customize any cake by adding your message, picture, or even start from scratch!

Of course! make your cake special with a sweet message to your close ones!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE IS OUT OF STOCK?
Usually, we directly notify our customers online of any items that are out of stock before purchase. In case such an incident occurs, we’ll recommend similar alternatives that can match the same amount.
IS THERE CASH ON DELIVERY ON YOUR WEBSITE?
You can always contact us through our Whatsapp button and place an order to be paid with cash upon delivery.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
in case you choose to cancel your order for any other reason, you must do so within two hours after placing your order. Refunds will be directly debited to your account.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT CAKE SIZE FOR A CERTAIN NUMBER OF PEOPLE?
Our cakes are quite light and you want to keep eating more. Approximately 1 kg cake can serve up to 10-12 people.
MY PAYMENT FAILED ONLINE, WHAT CAN I DO?
Try reprocessing the order. If it doesn’t work, then please contact us using the Whatsapp button or email us at contactus@oman.switzgroup.com so that we can use a manual payment link for your order.
I PAID ONLINE AND WAS CHARGED TWICE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We got it covered. Instances like this appear in any system, and we issue a refund that should reach your bank account within 5 days.
HOW DO I USE THE PROMO CODE?
